Top-level management is also on high alert that this will negatively impact the company’s profit loss. To fix the issue, top-level management will work with certified farmers that have been approved by the Fair Trade. In effect, the educational system was affected. Education is very important. The Fair Trade market allows for greater access to a variety of educational material. Fair Trade Certified confirms that partnering with companies that make coffee in the USA allows for the farmers to invest into the educational system. Meaning, in return for the farmers services they use that money to buy resources for their child’s school. For instance, some parents who were not able to finish their education buy books and technology for their child so that they can go to college. As a result, good fair trade creates for a better education system. Investing in a child’s future is beneficial to a country economics.

Beware of unethical practices in the Fair Trade market!
Companies sometimes make mistakes! Well, Global Coffee Retailer discovered some of its coffee beans being sold to a company well-known for its bad services and products. You might be thinking why would a company do business with someone like this? Money and saving time can all contribute to the impact on why a company would do such thing knowing the profit loss it can cause to farmers and stockholders. To fix the error, Global Coffee Retailer will be working directly with the employees of Fair Trade Certified. This statement is to let companies know it is not okay to conduct business that have a bad reputation of selling non-organic beans in the fair trade market. What led to this feeling is being the victim of buying coffee beans from a company who intentionally practices wrongdoing. The Fair Trade USA offers some tips on fair trade practices.
